Manage Open Timesheets#
The Manage Open Timesheets form (WMTOTS) is a form intended for managers so they may review and if necessary update their employees' open time sheets. The form will only show time sheets that are of a shift type nature.
The manager must select the employee from the find list below.
- Name
- The first and last name of the employee the time sheet was generated for.
- Assignment
- The employee's assignment code the time sheet was generated for.
- Department
- The department code the employee belongs to.
- Time Sheet #
- The employee's time sheet number.
- Pay Period
- The pay period the time sheet was generated for.
- Time Frame
- The start and end date of the pay period the time sheet was generated for.
- Time Sheet Status
- The status of the time sheet, ie: Rules Applied, Submitted.
- First Manager
- The first and last name of the employee's first manager.
- Show All Open
- This toggle will allow the user to extend the list of available time sheets from just those with a status of 'Rules Applied' to include those whose status is 'Submitted' and 'Ready for PR'.
- Include Indirect
- This toggle allows the manager to extend the list of employees to include those who he/she is indirectly responsible for.
- Submit
- This button allows the user to submit a time sheet. This button will not derive a dialog.
- Submit/Approve All Reporting Time Sheets
- This button allows the manager to submit and approve all of his/her reporting time sheets.
- Approval Bar
- If there are time sheets that require the manager's approval, an approval bar will display.
Schedule#
A summary of the employee's schedule will display below.- Shift Date
- The start date of the employee's shift will display here.
- Exceptions Summary
- This field will provide a summary of the type of time exception added.
- Shift
- The shift code the employee is working will display here.
- Start Time
- This field will display the start time of the employee's shift.
- End Time
- This field will display the end time of the employee's shift.
- O/R Shift Start Time
- If the start time of the shift has been overridden, the new start time will be reflected here.
- O/R Shift End Time
- If the end time of the time sheet has been overridden, the new end time will display here.

View Time Sheet Details#
- Date
- This field represents the day that the time entry/exception was generated/entered for
- From
- This field represents the beginning time associated to the time code indicated (i.e. the start of the shift entry).
- To
- This field represents the ending time associated to the time code indicated (i.e. the end of the shift entry).
- Total
- This field represents the total hours for the day.
- Bnk
- If the hours were banked and an alternate time code was used, the alternate time code will display here.
- Premium(s)
- If a premium was added for the day, it will display here.
- Job/Position
- This field displays the job/position associated to the assignment indicated.
- View Details
- By pressing this toggle the table will change to display each time sheet entry.
Totals#
Time Code Totals#
This section totals the hours within the time sheet by Time Code.- Date
- This field will display the pay period end date.
- Time Code
- The time code the total is for will display here.
- Amount
- The total pay period value of the time code will display here.
Time Type Totals#
This section totals the hours within the time sheet by type of time entered.- Date
- This field will display the pay period end date.
- Time Type
- The type of time the time code is defined as will be displayed here.
- Amount
- The total amount of time for the time type for the pay period will display here.
All Time Code Sets#
This section totals the hours by time code sets.- Time Code Set
- The name of the time code set will be displayed here.
- Amount
- The total amount of time for the pay period for the time code set will display here.
View Audit#
Changes Made to Scheduled Time#
- Date
- This field holds the date of the time entry.
- Assign
- The assignment code the time entry was generated for is displayed here.
- Start
- If the time sheet is based on start and end times, the start time of the employee's shift is displayed here.
- End
- If the time sheet is based on start and end times, the end time of the employee's shift is displayed here.
- TC
- This field stores the time code used to track the time.
- Value
- This field stores the value of the time.
- Basis
- This field indicates the basis of the time, for example Hrs, $
- Premiums
- If a premium code is attached to the time entry it will be displayed here.
- Cost Center
- If cost centers are used the cost centre may displayed here.
- Changed On
- This field indicates the date the change was made to the time entry.
- Changed By
- This field indicates the user who made the change to the time entry.
Time Rule Calculations#
This section displays any changes made by the calculation of the time rules.- Date
- This field represents the date the change was made for.
- Assign
- This field will display the employee's assignment for which the exception is being entered.
- Start
- This field represents the start time of the time exception generated by the time rules.
- End
- This field represents the end time of the time exception generated by the time rules.
- TC
- This field will display the time code for the exception.
- Value
- This field displays the value/amount of the time exception.
- Basis
- The basis of the amount will display.
- Premiums
- If a time rule added a premium, it will display here.
- Cost Center
- If cost centers are used the cost centre may displayed here.
