REVIEW MISSING CLOCK PUNCHES#
This form is intended for Managers so they may review missing clock punches for their employees.
The Manager would select the employee from the list below.
- Person Code
- This field indicates the employee's person code.
- Last Name
- This field indicates the employee's last name.
- First Name
- This field indicates the employee's first name.
The screen is calendar driven allowing the Manager to view by week or by month. They may select a date from the calendar to see missing clock punches for that date.
The calendar will indicate if there are missing punches for the day and it will indicate the missing punch type.
Scheduled Missing Punches tab#
Day Punch Summary#
This section displays a summary of the day's punches.- Start Time
- This field indicates the day's scheduled start time.
- End Time
- This field indicates the day's scheduled end time.
- INs
- This field indicates the number of IN clock punches.
- OUTs
- This field indicates the number of OUT clock punches.
- Missing
- This field indicates what type of clock punch is missing.
- Show Details by Punch Pairing
- This field allows the employee to show the details.
Day Details#
- Start Time
- This field indicates the start time of the employee's scheduled shift.
- End Time
- This field indicates the end time of the employee's scheduled shift.
- Time Type
- The type of time entry generated is displayed here.
- Expected Punch^Prediction
- The expected clock punch is displayed here.
- In^ Punch
- The system will indicate if the time entry's clock punch is In.
- Out ^ Punch
- The system will indicate if the time entry's clock punch is Out.
- Time Code
- The time code used to generate the scheduled shift is displayed.
- Create Missing Punch
- The employee has the ability to create a missing punch by pressing this action button.
Unscheduled Missing Punches tab#
Unscheduled Work Missing Punches#

- The start time of the employee's clock punch
- Out
- The end time of the employee's clock punch
- Time Exception Type
- The type of time exception generated will display here.
- Time Exception Status
- This field displays the status of the time exception.
- Create Unscheduled Missing Punch
- The employee has the ability to create a missing punch by pressing this action button.

Paired Time Values#
- In
- This field indicates the start time the employee clocked in.
- Out
- This field indicates the time the employee clocked out.
- Type
- The type of time exception generated is displayed here.
- Status
- The status of the time exception generated is displayed here.
Paired Time Applied To#
- Scheduled Shift
- The employee's scheduled shift is displayed here.
- Shift Date
- The start date of the employee's scheduled shift is held here.
- Start Time
- The start time of the time exception is displayed here.
- End Time
- The time exception's end time is displayed here.
- O/R Start Time
- If the start time of the shift has been overridden, the new start time will be reflected here.
- O/R End Time
- If the end time of the time sheet has been overridden, the new end time will display here.
- Job/Unit
- This field displays the job and unit associated to the scheduled shift.
- Department
- The department code associated to the scheduled shift.
Punch Information#
- Org. Date
- The original clock punch date is displayed here.
- Org. Time
- The original clock punch time is indicated here.
- Adj. Time
- If the clock has a rounding rule associated with the entries, and the highlighted entry has the rounding rule applied to it, that adjusted time will be shown here. For instance, if the rounding rule takes the clock in time to the next 5 minute mark, and they employee has punched in at 9:03, the time displayed as ‘adjusted time’ will be 9:05.
- Type
- The type of clock entry will display here.
- Re-process Entry
- This field allows the Manager to re-process the clock entry.
- Clock Entry Status
- This field displays the status of the card entry.
- Authorization Status
- This field will display the status of Authorization/Approval and may be used in conjunction with any of the following forms: WMTAPC, WATAPC or WVTAPC.
- Clock Device
- This field displays the clock device the employee used to make their clock entry.
- Reference Info
- This field will allow the user to include any additional information about the time entry. This field may be used to indicate the clock device if the G1 or G2 interface is used. Each time clock would be given a Machine Name that corresponds to a clock device (ITCD) in EPersonality. This code would be stored in the reference information for each clock entry.
- Audit Info
- This field indicates the clock card the employee is using for their clock entry.
Costing Information#
- Time Code
- This field indicates the time code for this entry.
- Job
- This field identifies the job associated with the employee for this card entry.
- Department
- This field identifies the department associated with the employee for this card entry.
- Cost Center
- This field identifies the cost center associated with the employee for this card entry.
- Distribution Mask
- This field identifies the distribution code to receive part of all of the costs.
