My Employee Signed Documents#

This screen is used to view all signed documents for the selected employee. This is a Manager Self Service screen therefore a manager would only have access to their employees signatures. By default a manager would have the ability to review all of their employees signatures and add new ones to the list of required sign offs.

Document 60 NA This is the Info_Code of the sign off document listed in IMII - Important Information
Description 200 NA The expanded Title of the Sign Off Document
Parent Document 60 NA The "Master Sign Off Document" that is required to be signed before any related documents can be signed
Sign Off Toggle NA a Toggle that indicates that the related Document has been acknowledged
