My Assessment History#
The WERAS screen an employee level screen that is used to view current assessments assigned to an employee. It can also be used to view the historical data for which previous assessments were assigned to the employee and their related rating/point information.Assessment Schedule#
- Assessment
- The name of the assessment
- Date
- The Date and Time the Assessment was scheduled for.
- Status
- The current status of the selected assessment. These statuses can be found in the lexicon X_ASSESSMENT_STATUS.
Assessment Details#
- Location
- The location the assessment is to take place at. These locations are driven from the IDOL Screen.
- Employee
- The employee whom is scheduled to conduct the assessment. Optional
- Contact
- The Contact whom is scheduled to conduct the assessment. Optional
- Type
- The type of assessment that has been scheduled. Values of these types can be found in X_ASSESSMENT_TYPE.
- Category
- The category of the assessment that has been scheduled. This is an optional field and the lexicon associated to this is completely User Defined. X_ASSESSMENT_CATEGORY.
- Rating
- The measurement of the employees success for the selected assessment. These Ratings are populated from the lexicon X_ASSESSMENT_RATING.
- Points
- Total number of points granted to the employee from the results of their assessment.
- Desired Points
- The amount of points that are recommended to be obtained after completing this assessment.
- Essential Points
- The amount of points required to be obtained from completing this assessment in order to be considered a pass.
