System Preference#
This preference allows clients to select a splash menu to be displayed for a particular role once logged into the application. A splash menu is divided up into multiple mini splash menus which display the screens for that particular topic that the user has security access to.
The system defaults are as follows:

| WWW_RECRUITER | RSS_SPLASH |
This preference is set by role (IMRO).
