MY DEPARTMENT LEAVE CALENDAR#
The My Department Leave Calendar (WEALDC) screen will allow employees to see all leaves in their department for a period of time (month/week).
The definition data for My Department Leave Calendar screen is stored in the P2K_AT_LEAVE_LINES table.
This screen is a calendar screen by employee and is a view only screen. The department is determined based on the Employee’s Prime Assignment end date (in case the EE is changing departments during the time frame)
Calendar#
At the top of the screen, you will find a calendar. You can choose to see the calendar by month or by week by selecting one of the toggles.The following information is displayed in the calendar:
Employee’s Name: Leave Policy description (from IALP Leave Policy)
Details#
This area allows you to see the details of the Leave. You must be focused on the date with the leave in order for the details to show.- Start Date
- The start date of the planned leave in this field.
- End Date
- The last date of the planned leave in this field.
- Employee
- The name of the employee on leave.
- Leave Type
- This field holds the user-defined code to indicate the leave type.
- Hrs
- The amount of time planned is indicated here.
- Status
- This field indicates what status the leave line currently is at.
- Approv.
- This field shows if the time has been approved.
