VIEW JOB POSTINGS#

The View Job Postings form allows you to view and apply for postings within your company.

Each posting is listed along with information regarding the location and submission dates.

This information will be provided through the following fields:

Posting Opened: This field displays the date the posting is to be opened to internal candidates.

Category

Posting #: This field displays the unique code of the posting.

Posting Title: This field displays the name of the posting.

Closes On: This field displays the date the posting is closed to candidates.

By selecting and clicking on a specific posting, you will be taken to a form that will provide further details about the posting.

Posting Overview#

Posting Title: This field displays the name of the posting.

Department: This field displays the department associated with this posting.

City: This field displays the location associated with this posting.

Posting Source: This field displays a reason for the posting.

Start Date: This field displays the date the posting is to be opened to internal candidates.

End Date: This field displays the last date the posting opened to all candidates.

Status: This field displays the current status of the application. The following are the available status':

You can apply to this posting
- If you wish to apply, you may do so by clicking the APPLY TO POSTING button
- This button will only be visible if you have not yet applied to the posting.
- Once you have clicked this button, you will receive a pop up message informing you that you (have officially applied.
You have withdrawn your application to this posting
- If you had previously applied a posting and then withdrew your application through the My Applications form, you will see the following status.
- If you decide to reapply, you may do so by clicking the APPLY TO POSTING button.
- This button will only be visible if you withdrew your previous application from the posting.
- Once you have clicked this button, you receive a pop up message informing you that you have officially applied.
You have applied to this posting.
- If you have already applied to the posting, you will see a message in the Appl. Status section providing you with the application number.

Posting Info: This field provides additional information about the posting.

Posting Details#

Job Purpose: This field describes the purpose of the job within the company.

Job Function: This field describes the function of and services provided by the job within the company.

Prerequisites: This field describes the required skills and experience needed for this profile.

Wk Environment: This field describes the work atmosphere where the job will be performed.

e.g. office, factory, wheat field, etc.

Wk Eligibility: This field describes any work eligibility restrictions associated with this job profile. e.g. ‘Must be eligible to work in United States’

Compensation: This field defines the compensation associated with the profile, such as salary, wage step, benefits, etc.

EEO Statement: This field displays any additional information about the job profile which may be important.

How to Apply: This field displays the process by which you may apply to this posting.

Posting Requirements#

Type This field defines the nature of the qualification being defined. Category This field further classifies the qualification into specific categories. e.g. Trades, DBA Skills, Masters Degree, Typing Description This field displays a short description of the job description.
