CHANGE MY CANDIDATE PASSWORD#
The Change My Candidate Password screen allows you to reset the Personal Identification Number (PIN) that you use to access Employee Self Service.Edit Your Access Key Below#
- Access Key
- This is used as a login method, instead of providing a user name users may provide an access key. When the site preference 'SS LOGIN TYPE' is set to ‘ACCESS’, the Access Key login page (Access Key/PIN) will be used. This field is a 30-character field and is not case sensitive.
Enter your new Password and confirm it#
- Existing Password
- In this field you will enter the current password you are using.
- New Password
- In this field you will enter your new PIN.
- Confirm Password
- You will re-enter the same PIN from the previous field in this area.
To keep your PIN secured, it will always appear as eight asterisks (********) in the PIN fields, regardless of the actual length of your PIN, and it will be encrypted in the database.
Once you have entered your new pin number, click `Reset PIN'. If you have successfully entered the PIN, you will receive the following message:Your PIN has been reset.
If you have not correctly entered the PIN number, you will receive the following message: PIN Numbers do not match
