AUTHORIZE PUNCH CHANGES#

The Authorize Punch Changes form (WATAPC) is intended for Administrators so they may review and authorize employee clock punches. The form will only display clock entries whose Authorization Status is 'Required'.

The user would select the employee they wish to review from the list below.

Person Code

The person code of the employee whose clock punches require authorization will display.

Last Name

The last name of the employee.

First Name

The employee's first name.

This section will display a summary of the employee's clock punches that require authorization.

Employee

The employee's person code, name and employee type will display in this field.

Original Clock Date

This field indicates the original date of the clock punch.

Original Clock Time

This field indicates the original time of the clock punch.

Type

The type of clock punch that was created will display here, i.e. IN or OUT.

Clock Device#

This area will provide a summary of the clock device that is associated to the employee's clock entry.

Clock Device

The clock device associated to the employee's clock entry will be displayed in this field.

Location

The location associated to the clock device will be displayed here.

Work Station

The work station code associated to the clock device will be displayed here.

Work Area

The work area associated to the clock device will be displayed here.

Cost Center

The cost center associated to the clock device will be displayed here.

Department

The department code associated to the clock device will be displayed here.

Clock Entry Pair Information#

This area will provide a summary of the pairing of clock entries for the employee in focus.

Start Date

The start date of the clock punch.

Paired In Time

The clock in time that was paired with the employee's clock out punch.

Paired Out Time

The out time that was paired with the employee's clock in punch is displayed here.

The approval bar DRV_APPROVAL_BAR will be displayed here, allowing the approver to authorize the employee's clock punches.

This tab provides additional details associated to the employee's clock entries.

Costing Information#

Time Code

The time code used to associate the cost to will display here.

Job

The job performed by the employee that the cost is associated to.

Department

The department performed by the employee that the cost is associated to.

Cost Center

The cost center to be used to track the accumulated cost.

Distribution Mask

The distribution mask used to control the distribution of the cost.

Reference Information

This field will allow the user to include any additional information about the time entry. This field may be used to indicate the clock device if the G1 or G2 interface is used. Each time clock would be given a Machine Name that corresponds to a clock device (ITCD) in Wiki. This code would be stored in the reference information for each clock entry.

Associated Scheduled Shift#

This area is View only

Time Exception Type

The type of time exception associated to the clock punch will display here.

Shift

The shift code associated to the employee's clock entry will display here.

O/R Shift Start Time

If the shift's start time was overridden, the new start time will display here.

O/R Shift End Time

If the shift's end time was overridden, the new end time will display here.

Job/Unit

The job and unit code associated to the employee's clock entry will display here.

Department

The department code associated to the employee's clock entry will display here.

This tab will display a summary of the clock entries that are 3 days previous to the clock entry in focus above.
