UPDATE WAGE SCALES/STEPS#

The Update Wage Scales/Steps (USWS) form updates the selected scales/steps with a percentage increase/decrease and/or flat dollar amount. It will create a new effective date record on the ISWS form.

Report Parameters
EntityMandatory, LOV available
This reduces the list to the scales/steps within selected.
Percentage Incr/DecrMandatory, Numeric <0>
This indicates the percentage increase of decrease to be applied. This field is mutually exclusive of "Flat Dollar Amt". A minus (-) sign in front of the number indicates a decrease.
Flat Dollar Amt ChangeMandatory, Numeric <0>
This indicates the flat dollar amount increase or decrease to be applied. This field is mutually exclusive of “Percentage”. A minus (-) sign in front of the number indicates a decrease.
Rounding RuleMandatory, LOV available, <4 decimals>
This indicates the number of decimals to round the result to – 0 through 4.
Relative As OfOptional, LOV available
As OfMandatory, Date, LOV available
Users must specify the date that USWS must use to choose the scale/step to be processed and date the change is to be made effective.
Change ReasonMandatory, LOV available
As this is a date effective change on ISWS a change reason must be supplied.
Exception LevelMandatory, LOV available, <0-Exceptions Only>
The exception level (report messages) required. 0 – will only generate tracing for critical errors.
Print Execution Run LogOptional, ON/OFF Toggle
This ensures that the details are printed.
TrialOptional, ON/OFF Toggle
This allows users to see the results without committing them.

UnitOptional, Multiple selection and LOV available
This reduces the list to the scales/steps within units listed.
ScaleOptional, Multiple selection and LOV available
This reduces the list to the scales/steps within scales listed.
StepOptional, Multiple selection and LOV available
This reduces the list to the steps within steps listed.
Rate BasisOptional, Multiple selection and LOV available
Limits the report to the ranges with the rate basis specified.
