Personnel Actions must be updated to the relevant tables in order for the change to take effect; this may be done through the Update Personnel Actions (USPPA) screen. Ensure that the PA is in an approved status and run the update, then your new effective date change appears in the relevant tables.
As the PA has already passed all of the approval levels, the report for the update only indicates the basics of what has been processed.

PA Type | Optional, LOV available This limits the types of PA to be processed. |
From Date | Mandatory, Date, LOV available This field will identify the date from which the assignments will be reported. |
To Date | Mandatory, Date, LOV available Users must specify the ‘From’ and ‘To’ dates that USPPA must use to choose the PA to be processed. |

PA Number | Optional, Multiple selection and LOV available This field allows you to select a single or specific multiple PA to be processed. |
Entity | Mandatory, LOV available This reduces list of people to those employees within the entity listed. |
Department | Optional, Multiple selection and LOV available This reduces list of people to those employees within Departments listed. |
Unit | Optional, Multiple selection and LOV available This reduces list of people to those employees within units listed. |
Group | Optional, Multiple selection and LOV available This reduces list of people to those employees within groups listed. |
