Setup#
The information in the emails has defaults hard-coded in the program but can be customized by setting up entries in the IMCT (Custom Tables) screen.
To create these the Custom Code must be WEB EMAILS. There are 2 emails that are sent out; 1 for records that have expired and 1 to warn of records about to expire. These need to have Custom Keys of RCA-EXPIRED and RCA-EXPIRE_WARN respectively. They both must have a Custom Subkey of 1.
There is only 1 substitution available and that is if you put {CANDIDATE_CODE} into the message you put in the Custom Data section it will be substituted with the actual candidate code.
The Warning message will go to those within 30 days of expiring.
