EMAIL APPLICANTS#
Processing Information#
The Email Applicants (UREA) screen allows you to send mass emails to a group of applicants regarding the recruiting process for a posting they applied to.Report Parameters & Filters#

Priority Tag | Optional, LOV available, <Normal Priority> You may select the level of logging desired: ‘Not Specified’, ‘Highest Priority’, ‘High Priority’, ‘Normal Priority’, ‘Low Priority’ or ‘Lowest Priority’ |
Email Subject | Mandatory, Text This field will hold the subject title of the email |
Email Body | Mandatory, Text The contents of the email will be entered in this field. This field can contain HTML formatting for the email. |
User Comment | Optional, Text This field holds the user-supplied comment which will appear in the header of all pages of the report but not in the email. |
Exception Level | Mandatory, LOV available, <Exceptions Only> You may select the level of logging desired: ‘Exceptions Only’, ‘User Trace’, ‘Legislation’, ‘UserCalc Trace’, ‘Program Trace’ or Utility Trace |
