OUT OF CLASS#
Time Rule Overview#
This time rule will identify if an employee who works in a new job, that is at a higher rate than the old job, is eligible for an Out of Class premium. This rule will be invoked in the following conditions:- The employee works in a new job for at least the minimum hours defined in the Band
- The lowest step of the new Job must be at a greater rate of pay than the old job's lowest scale.
- If the new job wage step is found and is greater than the employee's job current wage step with minimum amount defined in the value.

- Frequency predefined as Every Day
The assignment reference Scale/Step is the one defined at the level of assignment (IEAS Compensation tab) and not the one defined on the assignment's job.
If the Scale Overridden is checked, the rule will not be applied.
Implementation#
