OT FLSA - Overtime FLSA#
Time Rule Overview#
This time rule will grant overtime when an employee works more than the the number of FLSA Hours, defined in IDGR, within the FLSA calendar period, defined in IDCLRequirements / Features#
- Time Rule Type Code: OT FLSA
Additional Info#
Band- multiple bands are NOT supported
- Frequency predefined as Every Day
How it works (high level):
- Frequency is daily, but the calculation that determines if the time rule will be applied or not, is based on FLSA Calendar period.
- FLSA Hours (IDGR) will be used by the time rule to determine when the time rule will be applied
- FLSA Calendar (IDGR) plus FLSA Start Time (IDWR) will determine when the calculation/apply of the time rule starts and ends.
