OT FLSA - Overtime FLSA#
Time Rule Overview#
This time rule will grant overtime when an employee works more than the the number of FLSA Hours, defined in IDGR, within the FLSA calendar period, defined in IDCL.Requirements / Features#

Band: multiple bands are NOT supported- Frequency predefined as Every Day
How it works (high level):#
- Frequency is every day, but the calculation that determines if the overtime will be granted or not, is based on FLSA Calendar period.
- FLSA Hours (IDGR) are used by this time rule to determine when the time rule will be applied.
- FLSA Calendar (IDCL) as well as the FLSA Start Time, defined in IDWR OR the time rule From field, will determine when the calculation/application of the time rule starts and ends.
Implementation#

[1] If the Target time code set is not defined, this time rule will target the time codes generated by elements, defined in IDGR.
The FLSA Hours and the FLSA Calendar must be defined in IDGR.
