Time Rule Overview#
The objective of this time rule is to provide a warning and/or stop an employee from being scheduled, if they have already worked the number of consecutive days defined in the Band.- Time Rule Type Code: CONSEC DAYS WRKD
Additional Info#
- This time rule is triggered only when a user tries to schedule an employee using a Planned Placement Time Exception.
- The time rule message will be visible in the schedule screens such as DTSR or DTSH through the Restriction column
- Band
- Multiple bands are supported
Additional Settings for this Rule on IDWR Time Rule Tab#
Generate Warnings- Should be set to ON
- Enter the message the user will receive when they try to schedule an employee for more days than are defined in the Band.
- When set to ON, the user will receive the warning message, but will still be able to schedule the employee.
- When set to OFF (unchecked), the user will receive the message and will not be allowed to schedule the employee.
