REPORT ON PERSONNEL ACTIONS#

Administrators may use the Report on Personnel Actions (RSPA) screen to review Personnel Action requests.

Report Parameters
Date Range From/To	Mandatory, Date, LOV available These fields allow you define that the PA’s included in the report fall with .
Sort People By	Optional, LOV available You may determine how the information should be sorted, by person code or last name. The default setting for all reports is to sort by person code.

Report Filters
Person List	Optional, Multiple selection and LOV available This limits the report to specified person lists.
Person List Code	Optional, Multiple selection and LOV available This limits the report to specified person list codes.
