REPORT ON PERSONNEL ACTIONS#
Administrators may use the Report on Personnel Actions (RSPA) screen to review Personnel Action requests.

| Date Range From/To | Mandatory, Date, LOV available These fields allow you define that the PA’s included in the report fall with. |
| Sort People By | Optional, LOV available You may determine how the information should be sorted, by person code or last name. The default setting for all reports is to sort by person code. |
| Print PA Changes | Mandatory, LOV Available, <Yes> If ‘Yes’, the PA changes will be printed on the report. |
| User Comment | Optional, Text This field holds the user-supplied comment which will appear in the header of all pages of the report. |
