Grievances Report#
Processing Information#
The Report Grievance (RLGV) form allows you to produce a report providing information about the grievance created in ILGV.While no single field between the ‘Entity’ and ‘Grievance Rule’ fields is mandatory, at least one field must be filled to run the report.
Report Parameters & Filters#

| From Date | If you wishes to print a report for a particular time frame, this field allows you to indicate the first date of that time frame. |
| To Date | If you wishes to print a report for a particular time frame, this field allows you to indicate the first date of that time frame. |
| Show Activities | If this field is marked <YES>, the activities for the grievances will be printed. |
| Show Participants | If this field is marked, <NO>, the names of the participants associated with the grievances will be printed. |
| User | This field holds the user-supplied comment which will appear in the header of all pages of the report. |

| Disciplinary Issue | This field allows you to identify the disciplinary issues to be produced in the report. |
| Grievance Rule | This field allows you to identify the disciplinary issues to be produced in the report. |
