REPORT INJURIES AND ILLNESSES (OSHA 300, 300A, 301)#
The Report Injuries and Illnesses (RHOSW) function prints a detailed report of injuries and illnesses in the OSHA formats.The Excel report includes OSHA Form 300, OSHA Form 300A and OSHA Form 301.
- OSHA Form 301 is for each individual.
- The RHOSW function will generate Form 301 in new tabs for each individual.
The 'DAILY CALENDAR' field on IDCL MUST be defined as it is being used to derive the annual average number of employees.
"Annual average number of employees" in 300A is calculated by counting the number of distinct Identities that have been hired and not terminated each month of the year, totaling those up and dividing it by 12 (rounded).
