INCIDENT STATEMENTS#
The Print Incident Statements (RHIN) may be produced to provide you with a detailed report of all incidents that have occurred within an entity or multiple entities
Report Parameters#
- From Date
- Information for the report will be gathered for a time period starting with the date listed in this field.
- To Date
- Information for the report will be gathered for a time period ending with the date listed in this field.
- Show Witnesses
- If <YES>, the witnesses to the incident(s) will be displayed on the report.
- Show Associated Costs
- If <YES>, the associated costs for the incident(s) will be displayed on the report.
- Show Health Issues
- If <YES>, the any health issues associated with the incident(s) will be displayed on the report.
- User Comment
- This field holds the user-supplied comment which will appear in the header of all pages of the report.
Report Filters#
- Incident
- This field allows you to specify the incident(s) to appear on the report.
- Incident Status
- This field allows you to request only those incidents with the specified statuses.
- Incident Type
- This field allows you to request only those incidents with the specified types
- Incident Category
- This field allows you to request only those incidents with the specified categories
- Entity
- This field allows you to indicate which entities) should appear on the report.
- Location
- This field allows you to indicate which location(s) should appear on the report.
