RETAIN_DETAIL is an optional toggle field. When interfacing to a G/L system, if the Retain Detail toggle is ON, no consolidation of payroll accounting entries will be performed. Detailed entries will be created by account, by person, by pay and by pay line detail. If the toggle is OFF, payroll accounting entries will be consolidated by general ledger account.
