PRINT_ALL_WAIVERS is an optional toggle field, if the ‘Print All Waivers’ toggle is ON, employees receiving a benefit waiver that reduces their premium to zero will still appear on the remittance report. If the toggle is OFF, employees on a waiver with a zero premium will not get printed.
