How Do Managers Access Employees in Different Entities?#

When multiple entities exist and where employees have cross-entity reporting relationships, managers need the ability to see their employees in MSS forms. This can be achieved with the following setup:

1. Go to IMST > Preference Tab > Add new preference (X ENTITY MGT(System_Preference) with a value of YES
2. Exit from the application
3. In OEM, restart the Application Instance
4. Sign into the Self Service system, access a Manager’s form – View My Employees (WMEEM), turn on ‘Show Indirect Employees’ toggle. You will now see all the employees that report to you as the manager, regardless if they are in a different Entity.
