HOW DO MANAGERS ACCESS EMPLOYEES IN DIFFERENT ENTITIES?#
When multiple entities exist and where employees have cross-entity reporting relationships, managers need the ability to see their employees in MSS forms. This can be achieved with the following setup:- Go to IMST > Preference Tab > Add new preference X ENTITY MGT with a value of YES
- Exit from the application
- In a web browser, go to the OEM, restart the Application Instance
- Sign into the Self Service system, access a Manager’s form – View My Employees (WMEEM), turn on ‘Show Indirect Employees’ toggle. You will now see all the employees that report to you as the manager, regardless if they are in a different Entity.
