APPROVE PA DIALOG#
The Approve PA Dialog MSSPA screen allows you to approve a personnel action. The data in the dialog is stored on the P2K_SA_PERSONNEL_ACTIONS table.
- PA (Request)#
- This field displays the PA Request number.
- Person
- PA Type
- The PA type is displayed in this field.
- Takes Effect
- The date the PA takes effect is displayed in this field.
- Description
- A description of the PA is provided in this field.
- Submit PA for approval
- This button allows you to submit the PA for approval.
- Approve
- This button allows you to approve the PA.
- Disapprove
- This button allows you to reject the PA.
