Self Service Administration (WSA): Overview#
The Web Site Administrator role is responsible for customizing the Self Service application to the entity’s needs and controlling access to the database.
The WSA module provides complete capability to manage the application from within the Self Service interface. With that the screens that are used inside of the application also provide a complete capability to manage the Self Service screens in the same manner as the application screens are managed.
