LINKED DOCUMENTS#
Within the selfService/HLApplication folder is a folder named doc; this folder is used to centralize the documents referenced in Self Service. It is recommended that all header, footers and other linked documents be kept in this folder.
If you make any changes to these files and wish to keep these changes, a duplicate of this folder must be maintained outside of this folder.
Each upgrade of Self Service will override the selfService/HLApplication/doc. You will need to ensure that all of your documents are maintained in a separate folder, for example the selfService/hlSSDocs/doc folder. When an upgrade is done you can copy your documents from the selfService/hlSSDocs/doc into the selfService/HLApplication/ doc folder.
Any user field created in Professional can be added to a form as a user defined form item as well.
