REVIEW INTERFACE FILE#
The Review Interface File screen is used to import employee review information into the software data structures.
Review Interface File data is maintained on the INF_CV_REVIEWS table.
- ID
- This field identifies the review record within the data base.
- Entity
- The entity associated with the review is identified in this field.
- Person Code
- The person for whom the review is performed is identified in this field.
- Employment Type
- The employment type associated with the review is displayed in this field.
- Date of Hire
- The employee's hire date is displayed in this field.
- Assignment
- This field displays the assignment to which this review is related.
- Start Date
- The start date of the assignment is displayed in this field.
- Number
- This field shows the sequential number of the review.
- Review Type
- This field displays the general type of review that is being created or maintained.
- Status
- This field displays the status of the review.
- Date of Review
- This field shows the date that the review is given.
- User
- The user associated with the review is identified in this field.
- Date of Next Review
- This field displays the date of the next review for the employee.
- Method
- This field shows the method used to conduct this review or this type of review.
- Review Done By
- This field indicates who conducted the review.
- Overall Rating
- This field shows the overall rating of the employee for this review.
- Overall Points
- This field displays the total number of points for this review.
- Based on Prior Job
- If the person is being reviewed on a job they previously held, check this toggle.
- Review Comments
- This field allows you to attach comments to a particular review.
- Salary Matrix
- This field displays the name of the matrix associated with the review.
- Start Date
- Over time, the values of the compa-ratios, and the percentages of wages that apply, may change. This field allows you to define the dates during which the matrix is applicable.
- Category
- This field displays the categories that have been defined for the review type.
- Rating
- This field displays the review rating given if you are using a subjective system.
- Points
- This field shows the points that have been awarded to the employee for performance in this category, if a points system is used to rate employees.
- Approved
- If this toggle has been checked, the data has been approved.
