CLASS SCHEDULE INTERFACE FILE#
The Class Schedule Interface File screen is used to import a list of courses.
Class Schedule Interface File data is maintained on the INF_CV_CLASSSCHEDULES table.
- ID
- This field uniquely identifies the class schedule within the data base.
- Course
- This field identifies the courses included in the interface file.
- Class
- This field provides the name of the class associated with this activity.
- Status
- This field identifies the status of the class.
- Location
- The location of the class is indicated in this field.
- User
- The user registered in this course is indicated in this field.
- First Name/Last Name
- The person taking this course is identified by their name in these fields.
- Relation
- If the person enrolled in the course is related to the user, their relationship will be defined in this field.
- Employer
- The employer associated with the course registration is defined in this field.
- Approved
- Class Title
- This field displays the title of the class.
- Font HTML
- This field defines the font HTML for the web component.
- Start Date of Enrollment/Enrollment to End On
- The first and last dates of course enrollment are displayed in these fields.
- External Class ID
- If the course is external, this field provides the course identifier.
- Start/Class to End On
- These fields identify the starting and ending date of the class.
- Duration
- The duration of the course is displayed in this field.
- Duration Basis
- The time basis of the duration is displayed in this field.
- Course Format
- This field identifies the teaching format of the course.
- Candidate
- Minimum Size
- The minimum size of the class is displayed in this field.
- Maximum Size
- The maximum size of the class is displayed in this field.
- Ideal Size
- The ideal size of the class is displayed in this field.
- Budgeted Cost
- The budgeted amount for the class is displayed in this field.
- Actual Cost
- The actual amount for the class is displayed in this field.
- Currency
- The currency in which the costs are expressed is displayed in this field.
