REPLACEMENT JOBS#
Replacement Jobs can be defined for each job within your organization; these may be used as alternatives while conducting searches to fill vacant positions.
Replacement jobs must be in the same entity but may be in the same or different units.
The screen has been designed to sort jobs by unit. Choose a unit from the LOV, and then focus on (click on) a Job Code within the list provided. Once a job is chosen, the Replacement Jobs, in ranking order, will appear in the “Replacement Jobs” area of the screen.
Each Job at the top of the form relates to a set of Job/Unit combination and rankings at the bottom of the screen.
