POSTING APPROVAL#
The Approve Postings (IRPOA) screen is the form you access in order to give approval for
postings.
You may only approve the posting here. Therefore, with the exception of the Approved and Status fields, following fields will be automatically filled none of the values may be changed in this screen.
- Posting
- This field displays the posting code of the posting to be approved.
- Title
- This field provides the name of the posting to be approved.
- Type
- This field indicates the nature of the posting to be approved.
- Category
- This field further classifies the posting into specific groups.
- Status
- This field shows the status of the postings. You may change the posting status in this screen. Posting_Status is a mandatory field you must fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_POSTING_STATUS.
- Entity
- This field displays the entity associated with this posting.
- Unit
- This field displays the unit associated with this posting.
- Group
- This field displays the group associated with this posting.
- Department
- This field displays the department associated with this posting.
- Location
- This field displays the locality where the successful candidate for this posting will work.
- Job
- This field displays the job associated with this posting.
- Position
- This field displays the position associated with this posting.
- Work Rule
- This field displays the work rule associated with this posting.
- Employee
- This is a derived field which displays the employee name and person code associated with this posting.
- Range
- This field displays the salary range associated with this posting.
- Scale
- This field displays the wage scale associated with this posting.
- Wage Rate
- This field displays the wage rate associated with this posting.
- Basis
- This field displays the basis in which the wage rate is expressed.
