ENTER EMPLOYEE TIME SHEETS#
The Time Sheet (IPTS) screen is a accumulation of generated time, manual data entry and time rules.
All active time sheets will be displayed:
- 10 Schedule Modified
- 20 Active
- 30 Rules Applied
- 40 Submitted
- 50 Ready for PR
- 95 Adjustment
- TS#
- This field holds the system generated time sheet number. The field may hold up to 10 numeric digits.
- Time Sheet Status
- The status of the time sheet is displayed here. Time Sheet Status is tied to the lexicon X_TIME_SHEET_STATUS.
- Assignment
- The employee's assignment that the time sheet was generated for is displayed here.
- Position
- The employee's position for the assignment that was used to generate the time sheet is displayed here.
- Job
- The employee's job from the assignment that was used to generate the time sheet is displayed here.
- Department
- The department from the assignment that was used to generate the time sheet is displayed here.
- Leave Bank Balances
- Leave
- If the employee has any leave banks, the leave type will be displayed here.
- Balance
- This field displays the balance of their leave banks.
- Submit
- This button when pressed will submit the employee's time sheet for approval.
- Approve
- This action button will approve the time sheet and it's entries.
- EE Sign Off Received
- This button allows the employee to sign off on their time sheet.
- Show Require Leave Reason
- When this button is pressed a dialog is displayed showing any leaves the employee may be taking during the period for which the time sheet is generated for,that require leave reasons. The user may add a leave reason and text within this dialog.
Time Sheet Entries tab#
Displays the result of Scheduled Shifts and Time Exceptions.

Totals tab#
Displays totals for Time Codes, Time Types and Time Codes Sets (as governed by the set up of the Required Time Totals screen IPRTT).
