BALANCE TIME SHEETS#
The Balance Time Sheet (IPBTS) screen is a summary screen that shows each employee by location. Balance time sheets will show all Open time sheets.
This screen can be modified with the help of a Consultant to show hours time code information. If the time sheet has been balanced the "Audited" toggle can be turned on.
- Name
- This field identifies the name of the employee who the time sheet belongs to.
- EE
- This field displays the person code of the employee.
- TS#
- The system generated time sheet number is displayed in this field.
- Start
- The start date of the time sheet is displayed.
- End
- The end date of the time sheet is displayed.
- Job
- The job performed by the employee for which the time sheet was generated for is displayed in this field.
- Position
- The position code from the employee's assignment is displayed here.
- Audited
- The audited toggle indicates that the time sheet has been balanced.
