MAINTAIN EMPLOYEES W2 CONSENT#
The Maintain Employees W2 Consent (IEPW2) screen allows you to choose for the selected employee whether they receive Electronic W2 forms or to withdraw their consent to receive the electronic forms.
The definition data for the Maintain Employees W2 Consent screen is stored in the P2K_HR_EMPLOYMENTS table.
For more information on the set up requirement and layout of REW2, see Electronic W2 Print.The fields listed on the form are as follows:
- Employee
- The employee’s Last name and First name is displayed here.
- Consent Status
- The status for the Electronic printing, either Consent Received or Withdrawn
- Consent Dates
- The date that the Consent Status was changed.
- Consent By
- The name of the user logged in who made the Consent Change.
- Click here to indicate consent to receive electronic W-2 forms
- This button will allow you to choose to receive the Electronic W2 forms. If this button is pressed, then the Consent Status will be changed to ‘Consent Received’.
- Click here to withdraw consent to receive electronic W-2 forms
- If the employee has already consented to receive electronic W2 forms, they may use this button to withdraw their consent. If this button is pressed, then the Consent Status will be changed to ‘Withdrawn’.
