To Terminate an Employee#
- Go to the Terminate Employees IETR screen.
- Select the employee using the 'Find' bar.
- Click on the 'Terminate This Employee' icon.
- The Terminate Employee dialog box will open.
- Enter the mandatory fields and the business requirement fields.
- Click 'OK' or 'Cancel'.
- Clicking 'OK' will save the information, updating the fields on IETR. The 'Adjust Termination Date' and 'Un-Terminate this Employee' icons will then be highlighted.
- Clicking 'Cancel' will back out the information and close the dialog box.
