To Terminate an Employee#

  1. Go to the Terminate Employees IETR screen.
  2. Select the employee using the 'Find' bar.
  3. Click on the 'Terminate This Employee' icon.
    • The Terminate Employee Dialog Box will open.
    • Enter the mandatory fields and the business requirement fields.
  4. Click 'OK' or 'Cancel'.
    • Clicking 'OK' will save the information, updating the fields on IETR.
      • The 'Adjust Termination Date' and 'Un-Terminate this Employee' icons are now highlighted.
    • Clicking 'Cancel' will back out the information and close the dialog box.
