To Terminate an Employee#

  1. Go to IETR - Terminate Employees
  2. Select the employee using the 'Find' bar
  3. Click on the 'Terminate This Employee' icon
    1. The Terminate Employee Dialog Box will open
    2. Enter the mandatory fields and the business requirement fields
  4. Click 'OK' or 'Cancel'
    1. Clicking 'OK' will 'Save' the information, updating the fields on the IETR.
      1. The 'Adjust Termination Date' and 'Un-Terminate this Employee' icons are now highlighted
    2. Clicking 'Cancel' will back out the information and close the dialog box
