Embedded Job Requisition Approval#

The embedded form Job Requisition Approval (ERPO) is used by both the request facility and by approvals to display crucial information regarding Job Posting.

Posting#

Posting#: This field holds the number, reference code or abbreviation that uniquely identifies this position within the organization.

Posting Title: This field holds the official or formal title of the posting.

Posting Type: This field shows if the posting is internal, external or both.

Posting Category: This fild allows a user to group the posting into different classifications.

Details#

Job Profile: This field identifies the posting for which the posting is being created.

Requisition Date: This field displays the date for this requisition was created.

Posting Priority: The priority of the postings is shown in this field.

Posting Source: This field provides a reason for the postings.

Entity: This field displays the entity that is generating the postings.

Unit: This field displays the unit associated with this postings.

Group: This field displays the group associated with this postings.

Department: This field displays the department associated with this postings.

Job: This field displays the job associated with this postings.

Position: This field displays the position associated to this postings.

Manager: This field identifies the manager of the postings.

Location: This field displays the location associated with this postings.

Range: This field shows the salary range for this assignment.

Scale: This field shows the wage scale for this assignment. .

Wage Rate: This field shows the wage rate for this assignment.

Rate Basis: This field shows the rate basis that the wage is expressed in.

Posting Text: This field allows to provide additional information about the postings.

Job Profile#

Profile Title: This field displays the specific title of the job profile.

Profile Type: This field displays the nature of the job profile.

Profile Status: This field displays the status of the job profile.

Job Purpose: This field displays the purpose of the job within the company.

Job Function: This field describes the function of and services provided by the job within the company.

Web Address

Prerequisites: This field describes the required skills and experience need for this profile.

Compensation: This field defines the compensation associated with this profile, such as salary, wage step, benefits, etc.

How to Apply: This field describes the process by which a candidate to this job would apply.

Environment: This field describes the work environment this job profile is situation in.

i.e. office, factory, wheat field, etc.

Work Eligibility: If the job profile is only open to a certain group(s), for example, only to unionized employees, that eligibility condition is indicated here.

EEO Statement: This field allows to include the equal employment opportunity statement with the posting for this work profile.
