ENTER_ELECTION is a toggle used if an employee must provide a premium or deduction amount before electing a coverage. For example, providing a Deduction amount for a Flex Spending account. With this toggled ON the employee will be prompted for the necessary information in WEBOEE. If the BC is not visible in IBEN then the BC will not be visible in WEBOEE. This field is only used in Benefit Self Service for Open Enrollments.
