ENCRYPTION_ENABLED is a toggle that identifies if the database has the ability to encrypt the employee data. The script DB_ENCRYPTION_INSTALL is run to turn on this toggle. This does not encrypt the data, but allows for the data to be encrypted using the IMCE form.
