ELEMENT_CODE_PRORATED_BY is a field which should be filled in if the ALLOCATION_TYPE is set to “01” - Fringe Allocation. This is the element that contains the Pay Components that will be allocated. It must be a valid element defined on P2K_PR_ELEMENTS.
