DISTRIBUTION is an application domain which imparts the following characteristics:
- Oracle data type is VARCHAR2(50)
- Presents a Distribution Code editor on the user interface
- Validates format against the distribution mask format (defined in IDGA) and optionally against valid values defined in IDGS
