DFT DATE FORMAT (System Preference)#
This is the display format of dates on forms and web pages. The Year must be set with four digits in most cases for processing to function properly.Default Value is dd-MMM-yyyy.
Note that case is very important in the format and may cause invalid results or errors.

This preference is set by site (IMST), by role (IMRO) or by user (IMUS).
You must have a matching INPT DATE FORMAT entry.
