Turnover (BDTO and BDTOM)#
There are two versions of this panel; one for managers (BDTOM) and one for administrators (BDTO). They function identically. The manager version is restricted to the employees that report to the user. The administrator version will see all employees (subject to IMSV security). Example: Can be used to restrict by Department.Main Panel#
| Description | Pie chart. Displays segments representing different termination reasons with totals indicating the number of terminations for each segment. Note: The totals shown will differ, subject to the user's IMSV security. Example: If only the Manager version is provided, or specific departments are displayed, users will not see accurate information. Clients may wish to provide Managers and Administrators with the Administration version, for accuracy in reporting. |

| Description | Table. Displays turnover by Organization level: Org Level, Terminations and Hires Turnover. |
