Time Owing at Year End Rollover#
This component determines if time can be carried forward to the next year, and if so, how much.
Choose the rule to be used as the ‘Time Owing at Year End Rollover’.

Current Year Time Earned (1999): 120 hours

Current Owing (1999): 175 hours
Entitlement Cap (this Service Level): 100 hours
Year End cap (this Service Level): 50 hours
01 (no limits, use total owing): 175 hours
02 (using Entitlement cap against Current Owing): 100 hours
03 (using Year End cap against Current Owing): 50 hours
04 (using Current Earned + Entitlement cap against Prior – taken): 175 hours (120 + min 100, (60-5))(120+55)
05 (using Current Earned + Year End cap against Prior – taken): 170 hours (120 + min 50, (60–5)) (120+50)
