A300 Total Time Taken#
This component calculates total time taken the current leave policy year.
Choose the rule that is used as the ‘Total Time Taken’ rule.

This component is required if users allow time to be taken from the leave bank. The rules for how much time may be taken exist in following components.
In a few cases, users may have a number of banks earning entitlement and “feed” a final bank where time is taken (for example Vacation and Sick feed a Paid-Time-Off leave bank from which any time taken is processed). Only in these cases is A300 not required.
If users wish to see a total of time taken for the entire bank (year-to-date total) on the register/pay stub, they may store the value calculated here in a pay component. The result of this Attendance component is the Time Earned this pay. If desired, specify a Time Earned pay component, and ensure that the AC Action includes logging to the leave lines.
