Scale Rate
This field displays the rate from the scale/step you are on, if applicable.
Range
This field displays the salary range for your assignment, if applicable.
Scale/Step
This field displays the wage scale for your assignment, if applicable.
Comparison Ratio
This ratio is calculated as your actual range as a percentage of the 'Midpoint' amount.
e.g. Employee Wage Rate / Midpoint X 100%
If the midpoint salary is $40,000 and the employees wage rate is:
$20,000, then compa ratio would be 50%
$40,000, then compa ratio would be 100%
$60,000 then compa ratio would be 150%
Salary Range Details
This information is only displayed if a range is indicated in the Compensation area.
Minimum Salary
This is the starting amount for the salary range.
Mid-Range Salary
This is the mid-range amount for the salary range.
Maximum Salary
This is the highest amount for the salary range.
