**If the procedure is going to use a header, the subject table must be populated. The subject table is the table that is associated with the procedure. If the steps within the procedure are all tied to the same subject then that subject table should be defined. If the steps within the procedure are tied to different subjects, the subject table of the first step should be used to populate the procedure's subject table.
